Secret Rock is so named because it is hidden among the smaller rocks in this area. As you descend you will first see the top of the rock at around 4 meters. Depending upon the season, you may see large schools of fish circling around the rock. You will see several large black sponges and sea potato lodged on the rock face. As you approach the bottom point of the dive at 32 meters you may see a dense array of small and colourful fish – grouper, jack, bream, among others. We also observed many trumpet fish in this area. The visibility at this diving site is normally excellent – ranging to 40 meters and more in the crystal clear waters at the end of the peninsula. Dependent upon depth, this dive is suitable for both beginning and advanced divers.
